O-Ring Materials - FLS, FVMQ, FK

The structure of fluorosilicone rubber is similar to silicone rubber, and its side chains are trifluoropropyl, methyl and vinyl. FVMQ has improved fuel and mineral oil resistance, but less heat resistance than standard silicone rubber.

Material properties:
● Excellent low temperature elasticity and good resistance to fuels and aromatic mineral oils.
● In addition to containing some properties of silicone rubber, it also has good fluid resistance, but its resistance to ketone and phosphate lipid fluids is weak. After mixing with dimethyl silicon, the resistance of these two fluids can be improved.

Applicable industries:
● Various high temperature/low temperature resistant, oil resistant and chemical resistant diaphragms, gaskets, pipe fittings and sealing rings.
● Aircraft fuel tank sealing materials, engine accessories, fuel oil hoses, hydraulic system sealing rings, pump diaphragms, etc.
