O-Ring Materials - ACM
Polyacrylate or acrylate rubber is a copolymer with two main components: the backbone (monomeric acid esters of alkyl or alkoxy groups) and the reactive vulcanization sites.
Material properties:
● Resistant to mineral oils (transmission oil and steering fluid).
● It can resist oxidation and ozone at high temperatures, but its water resistance and low-temperature elasticity are worse than NBR.
Applicable industries:
● High-temperature resistant oil seals, crankshafts, valve stems, cylinder gaskets, and hydraulic oil pipes for automobiles.
