Situation:
The surface of the o-ring has cut or spiral marks.

Reason:
1. The o-ring parting line is twisted or rough.
2. There is no proper lubrication when installing seals.
3. The factory personnel are negligent in operation or the processing environment is poor.
4. Use o-rings with poor quality or low hardness.
5. The function of o-ring has aged or deteriorated.
6. The o-ring is assembled in the groove that is too small.

Solution:
1. Apply a small amount of grease on the o-ring to reduce friction, but not too much, so as not to affect the sealing effect.
2. The use quality of o-ring should be carefully selected.
3. The mold should record the maintenance cycle and maintain cleanliness.
4. Understand the cause of o-ring wear and replacement cycle, and suitable for improvement.
