Fluororubber FKM has different trade names on different brands. The FKM brand name of DuPontTM is Viton®, the FKM brand name of American 3MTM is DyneonTM, and the Japanese name Daikin® is DAI-EL.
FKM is a fully synthetic polymeric elastomer material. Compared with other rubber materials, fluorinated rubber has high tensile strength and structural strength in physical properties, high temperature resistance, and static sealing can be used in an environment of 200 degrees Celsius. Long-term work, the instantaneous high temperature can reach 250 degrees Celsius. In terms of chemical resistance, fluorinated rubber has excellent corrosion resistance. For organic solvents, inorganic acids, strong oxidants, and greases are superior to other types of rubber. In addition, fluorinated rubber is superior to other elastomer materials in terms of air tightness, weather resistance, flame resistance, radiation resistance and vacuum resistance.

The finished product of FKM generally refers to the fluorine rubber with 66% fluorine content of the original rubber, which is commonly known as Viton®.
In fact, fluororubber also has high-fluorine (HFKM) finished products, the original rubber fluorine content is between 67-70%, and the perfluorinated (FFKM) finished product, the original rubber fluorine content is more than 70%. Compared with the general fluorine content of FKM, it has stronger chemical resistance and physical properties, but the relative selling price is also high, and it is applied to a field requiring higher use environment.

AS-568A O-ring, JISB2401 P, V, G, S specifications O-ring, oil seal, seals.
CNLVT7500K can be customized according to customer's specifications, color, form, hardness, anti-static or various environmental requirements, we can cooperate with customer production and development. At the same time, we can provide different types of raw material formulas according to the characteristics of our customers' products, and we can develop fluororubbers with special needs in line with our customers.
