Seals damage reasons

Seals damage reasons :

1.Wear :   
Seal wear is mainly related to parts of the surface,movement speed,different materials to adapt to different movement speed.            

2.Corrosion :   
Seals softening and dissolving because of intermediary infiltrated or selected wrong material. 

3.Aging :     
Seal material will be hardened by temperature.If the seals is too high,it can not normally fill the gap with the parts,Resulting in a leak. 

4.Extrusion :  
Seals resultes in a leak because of too much pressure,so to evaluate the hardness of the seals and whether the gap is too large with the installation.

This can occur if selection wrong type,processing,or installation.
